Classes

Whether you're seeking an energising, dynamic flow or a deep, restful softening; yoga classes are centered around developing the 'felt' sense of the body. Classes are accessible and invitational, weaving together movement, breath, stillness and deep listening. You'll be offered choices, not corrections - space, not pressure.

My teaching is informed by:

  • a trauma sensitive and consent-led approach.

  • an evolving somatic lens (how the body stores and expresses experience).

  • a deep respect for the cultural roots of yoga.

  • a belief in yoga as a practice of healing, not self-improvement.

Classes last an hour; That's about 45 minutes of breath, meditation and movement, allowing for 10-15 minutes of savasana to close .
